Vision and Mission

Master's Program in Public Health Sciences

Vision

“The realization of the Master's Program in Public Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University as a Public Health Educational Institution that is excellent, independent, and culture-oriented, with international competitiveness focused on tourism health by the year 2042”

Mission

”Empowering the Master's Program in Public Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University as a Public Health Educational Institution Strategic Plan (Renstra) for Master's Program in Public Health Sciences 2025-2029 12 that implements the Tri Dharma of Higher Education with a focus on tourism health based on the development of science and technology, cultural values, and local wisdom.”

  1. Organizing Master's education in Public Health Sciences that meets the needs of users at the local, national, and international levels.
  2. Conducting innovative, adaptive public health research that benefits sustainable health development.
  3. Conducting community service programs through the application of appropriate health science and technology, capable of measurably improving public health status.
  4. Engaging in local, national, and international collaborations with relevant parties to develop education, research, and community service on an international scale.

Objectives

  1. Producing Master of Public Health graduates who are professional and possess public health competencies at level 8 of the IQF (KKNI), specifically the ability to lead and think systematically.
  2. Enhancing International Academic Reputation, particularly in the field of tourism health.
  3. Strengthening Planning, Financial, and Facility Management.
  4. Strengthening Organization and Human Resources.
  5. Strengthening Research, Innovation, and Downstreaming (Hilirisasi).
  6. Increasing Collaboration and Revenue Generating.

Strategic Targets

  1. Establishing and developing the Study Program (PS MIKM) according to the needs of the Business World, Industrial World, and Work World (DUDIDK).
  2. Designing an agile curriculum that meets community needs by integrating research and innovation results with excellence in the field of tourism health.
  3. Strengthening Faculty Branding, particularly in tourism health and International Exposure.
  4. Ensuring education complies with national and international standards.
  5. Strengthening students' national character, cultural insight, and soft skills.
  6. Increasing student achievements at national and international levels.
  7. Ensuring the safety, comfort, and welfare of the academic community.
  8. Applying an integrated financial information system for transparency.
  9. Revitalizing the campus master plan into a ”smart and green campus,” including a healthy campus and smoke-free zone.
  10. Implementing a planning management system ranging from KPI cascading, Strategic Plan (Renstra), to Annual Work and Budget Plan (RAKT), equipped with implementation as well as monitoring and evaluation.
  11. Implementing the Asset single DUP (Database, Utilization, and Performance), including capital and land.
  12. Supporting the integration of all applications towards “Udayana One Data”.
  13. Ensuring the availability of adequate infrastructure, infrastructure, and facilities for the smooth and safe implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education.
  14. Strengthening the implementation of the Integrity Zone (ZI) at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.
  15. Enhancing HR competence based on the Talent Management Hub.
  16. Performance-based remuneration.
  17. Career planning for lecturers and staff.
  18. Implementing the Asset single DUP (Database, Utilization, and Performance) for human resources.
  19. Implementing Risk Management-based governance.
  20. Strengthening Basic Research (TRL 1–3) towards Applied Research (TRL 4–6) and Innovation (TRL 7–9).
  21. Product Innovation-Based Research towards Downstreaming (MRL 1–10).
  22. Developing and strengthening research groups.
  23. Strengthening “Social & Environmental Responsibility”.
  24. Strengthening Networks.
  25. Developing Global Alumni Networking.
  26. Optimizing existing Income Generators.
